Grain Bill:
- 8 lbs Pale 2 Row
- 12 oz Caramel 10L
Hops:
- 1 oz Cascade @ start of boil
Adjuncts:
- 6.5 oz of dried hibiscus flowers in a hop bag. Add at start of boil, remove after 15 mins or to preference.
- peels from 1 lemon cut into 1/8th size strips, add @ fermentation
Yeast:
- Wyeast 1056 (American Ale)
Infusion Process:
- 10 min @ 120 degrees F
- 10 min @ 150 degrees F
